After back from UK, a few students back to "Greenwich" and complaint about injuries after Yoga practice when I was away.

My student Owen ask: Do I have to be vegetarian?

MY ANS:

Owen, "Yoga" is a traditional Indian philosophy that to help people seeking for their own inner peaceful.

In the old days, Yoga teacher straight followed Yama, Niyama ...8 limbs ( both are important ).

If you choose to be a sometimes Yoga student ~ You always has choice on this issue.

However, A Yoga teacher ~ NO CHOICE. ( You should know that is the First Yama of Yoga Practice)

Nowadays, there is a brand new Type of non -vegetarian Yoga teacher ( So call yoga teacher ) no need to follow Yama and Niyama, and carry lots of Karma (killing or violence )in their life.

Then the person around them will be the one to suffer the "So call Yoga" teachers' Karma.

As Karma will SPREAD!!

eg. You paid the class, but the teacher use your money to full up their stomach by Killing or Violence animals or any kind of live beings that it is somebodies' wife, somebodies' son, daughter or their Love one.

Students should expected what kind of Karma will back to them.

SIMPLE AND CLEAR

Let Your wife and your kids yoga with a non - vegetarian " So Call " Yoga teacher (the one has Killing and Violence KARMA)?? ?

This is YOUR CHOICE!!

STUDENTS: WAKE UP NOW!! AND STAND BY YOUR RIGHTS:

Say " YES " to the kind of Yoga Teacher that led you to find the inner peaceful.

and

Say " No " NOW !! To the non-vegetarian " So Call Yoga " Teacher.

However, if you really love the Karma from a non-vegetarian "So Call Yoga " teacher towards you and your family so much ?

THIS IS ALSO YOUR CHOICE!!

No need to believe 'Me'. But, Believe in "KARMA".

"No one Cannot Practice Yoga. But, no one can Practice Yoga with a non-vegetarian Yoga Teacher, as that is not Yoga" ~ Greenwich
